Born and raised in rural New South Wales, Australia, Caitlin threw herself into community activism at a young age.

In late 2013, she embarked on a year-long worldwide adventure. The aim? To be inspired by and to marvel at the amazing wonders of the world (whilst appreciating good food, history and nature along the way). 

An unexpected twist lay in wait during her travels - a handsome Welsh 'souvenir'. Since 2014 they have been travelling the world together and currently reside in Wales.
